Spooky things to do in savannah ga12/28/2023 I’d hard pass on this and look for one that is centered on the spooky and the ghost aspects of Savannah. The pub stops were fine but even 4 drinks didn’t make this tour tolerable. Like, wow - 2 years ago, unwitnessed - lobbed over the fence. We did stop outside a graveyard where she mentioned someone sacrificed a chicken two years ago - but that she wasn’t there. It was more of a walk between pubs while she vaped, drank a white claw, and occasionally stopped outside a house she clearly didn’t know the details of. ![]() Also, the host, while presenting herself as an expert, practicing Witch who had done divinations at some of the locations, spent more of the tour talking about some random house she is building in Tennessee. Gather in the chilling embrace of darkness, where the veil between the living and the dead grows thin. The host was literally reading next stop notes on her phone in between stops. I live just south of Forsyth Park, and I can confirm that the city is very beautiful by day but it turns into something far more sinister by the light of the moon. The stories outside the like 4 places we stopped to talk through (besides pubs) were generic, with very minimal details. It’s always spooky season here in Savannah, Georgia (aka: the most haunted city in America). This is a pub crawl but it was supposed to be spooky and we just assumed geared toward haunted places. It was a small group tour (there were just 4 of us on the tour). We did this tour on a Friday night - and met the host for the tour. I will definitely be back to visit Savannah and I will 100% join this tour again!! Read more Raven was such a great host and having Spooky Steve join us was an added bonus! My wife and I could not stop talking about how much fun we had on this Haunted Pub Crawl. We stopped off at a few more pubs as well as a few more spooky spots and we learned a great deal of information about the haunted history of the downtown area. ![]() Throughout the tour the small groups and couples all be acquainted and began friendly conversations. We walked the dark streets on this lovely Savannah evening and there was a little something extra in the air that night, being as it was the first of October and we were approaching Halloween season. The tour began with a delicious cocktail from 1790 Inn and we were quickly wrapped up in Raven's tales of spirits from the past. She immediately caught our attention and having read the description of the tour before I bought tickets, I knew exactly where to meet and what to expect. My wife and I joined the tour which was led by Raven. I would rate this Haunted Pub Crawl higher if I could.
